In 2008 I was the top producing Coldwell Banker agent in the Tri-State region, rising to the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Realtors worldwide. In November 2008 was placed in the top 1000 of Realtors worldwide in the NRT group consisting of Sothebys International, Century 21, ERA, Corcoran and Coldwell Banker. I recently joined the boutique agency Baer & McIntosh of Nyack where I specialize in marketing the many Antique and Luxury homes found in this area and finding the perfect home for buyers from around the world.

I thrive on real estate, often starting my day at 4:00 am, before the phones start. I love my clients, many of whom have become great friends. After 20 years as a corporate executive working for Fortune 100 companies, I enjoy putting my international marketing expertise to work for the people I care about.

My international marketing expertise is a major advantage when in comes to finding buyers for my clients. In today's market, there are many foreign buyers who see still see US properties as a smart investment. My experience working with global corporations, their executives and relocation firms makes a huge difference when marketing local properties globally.

As an unfortunate sign of the times, I took the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation in order to be able to assist clients in need of help in avoiding foreclosure.  This designation enables me to work with lenders directly and to alleviate clients already under financial stress from having to compensate me. I also am consultant within a large law firm in New York to help my existing client base and others obtain loan modifications in order to help save their homes.

Beyond business, I love sailing, golf, theater and ballet, good food, great wine, traveling, and my husband and daughter. Not necessarily in that order :o)

Everyone should have a home. It's the center of our lives, and when it's right, a home can be our anchor for a lifetime. Putting together buyer and seller is both a science and an art - when it happens, there's a sparkle in the air and you just know it's going to work. That's what drives me in this business.
