To receive FREE e-mail notification on properties the moment a price changes or a new property becomes available, follow the instructions below:

1. Register on our site by hitting "Create Account" and use a VALID email address.
2. After you register, make sure you are logged in the site.
3. Conduct any type of search and when you get the results, you will see an option on the right side called "Free Home Updates." Or click the link at the top of this page to go directly to your FHU manager. NOTE: You must be logged in for this page to appear.
4. Choose how you would like to get your updates sent. All in one email? Each home in a seperate email? Then, hit "New" or "Edit" to make a free home update and select your criteria. At a minimum be sure to select your county, cities, property type and a price range. Our system does have a wide range of detailed options to specify if you only want waterfront, or require a fireplace! Remember, to select multiple cities hit CTRL+Click on a PC or CMD+Click on a Mac. I'ts best to edit one FHU when your needs change as opposed to creating new ones. This way you don't get bombarded with unnecessary properties.
5. That's it! Your "Free Home Updates" service is activated immediately and will start on whatever day you chose. To see an instant snapshot of all homes/rentals that fit the criteria, just hit "Search All Listings" in the FHU Box. The "Send" button will send you any new listings immediately to your email. If you get an email with no properties in it, don't be discouraged, its only because no BRAND NEW properties that fit your criteria came on the market that day!

5. Your criteria will be passed along to an agent who will set your FHU up for you, and then contact you via email.
